Will it work with my website?
Easy Web Bookings is a plugin for self-hosted WordPress websites only. It cannot be installed directly on Wix, Squarespace or GoDaddy AI Builder. You need a self-hosted WordPress website with permission to install plugins.
Can I add my own questions and extras?
Yes. Create optional or required questions for each service, including text answers, choice lists and checkboxes. Add paid choices or extras charged once per booking through WooCommerce. The free demo uses sample options at no charge.
Can customer emails match my business?
Yes. Add your logo, brand colour and contact footer, then edit the subjects and messages for confirmations, reminders, cancellations and rescheduling. Booking details and available manage links are included automatically.
Can I offer free bookings or take deposits?
Yes. Offer free bookings, pay later, full payment or fixed/percentage deposits. Online payments and paid extras need WooCommerce and a supported payment gateway. Provider fees and external services are separate.
What happens for overseas customers?
Customers can view appointment times in their own timezone while your business keeps its local opening hours. Accommodation check-in and check-out dates use the property timezone.
What types of bookings can I take?
Appointments, accommodation stays, classes, equipment rentals, pickup slots, delivery windows and scheduled orders. Configure durations, staff or resources, capacity and availability for your business.
Do I need separate email settings here?
Booking emails use your existing WordPress mail connection. If your site already uses a delivery plugin, configure it once there. You can customise the booking email design separately.
Can customers change their booking?
Yes. Their private link lets them reschedule or cancel within your rules. You control how close to the booking changes are allowed.
Is the demo a real appointment?
No. The demo creates test records only. Use your own email to try the branded confirmation and cancellation link. Sample extras in the booking form are free, and the separate pricing example never takes payment.
